Wow, I hate it when a petty matter clouds a business' view of customer relations. But I posted this on Yelp, since "Extra Space Storage" in Union NJ (rt. 22) makes a big deal out of $10-$20 on a flow of over $1k/year. TL;DR: they'd rather make a fuss than deal with a problem. Vindictive manager Krystal D. would rather assess $10 or $20 "late penalty" and not cash my $130 check than give the benefit of the doubt to the customer.
