Staff was very friendly at move in and out. We had a flood that forced us to move everything we own into storage for a few months. I found a promotion on their website, made the reservation, and picked up keys all in the same day. Super easy! Moving out was a breeze, just gave notice, removed auto pay, and told them when I was completely moved out. In a time where I needed things to be stress free, extra space provided that. Very pleased. Would use again if I had to.
Extra Space has been amazing for us. We got a unit last summer for excess furniture and every time we go back there is nothing wrong with the furniture and everything is as it should be. The customer service is fantastic and they actually take the time to assist you, not just being robotic. The location is super convenient for us too as it’s 5 mins from our apartment. Definitely recommend using them for your storage needs!

The process of renting was all done online and easy. The lock was left in the unit for me and everything was smooth. The unit itself was clean and well maintained! Very happy with my experience!
I've been to a lot of storage units and the personal touches and care at this one really make it feel like you're storing your belongings with family. The whole campus also has drive up units which are really convenient for loading and unloading, and even offer indoor parking for vehicles. I am so glad I found this storage facility and highly recommend it!
