This location has been one of the most helpful and friendly self storage to rent from. David has been a huge help and is accommodating as possible. Easy access to 101 and 202 freeways. I recommend this property for your storage needs.
I went into this site in January on a whim to get some space back in my garage. The staff were so friendly and did not pressure us at all so I just went ahead and rented a unit on the spot. I was pleasantly surprized that it took less than 10 minutes to get it all done and signed up. Usually with these places when you move out is the true test, I had to move to Seattle for work suddenly, so came March I had to move out and the service I got was just amazing. I had the best experience with William Bentley. I was able to reserve the storage space although I live out of town. And when I arrived everything was ready for me to sign and start moving in. The property was very clean, quiet and secure . Which made me feel good about having a storage there while living in another state. I loved having a unit with them. Thank you so much William Bentley you are the best!
A big Thank-you to William at this storage facility. I went in to address another item and after looking over my account, I was issued a credit for this previous mistake.
Lie about prices and increase rates. Based on my experience and a bunch of other reviews this a a frequent occurrence. They will start you off at a decent rate, then after a month or 2 they'll increase your rate by over $100 dollars "based on market conditions". A joke of an excuse to nickel and dime all those who rent with them

This is the second experience I have had speaking with the manager Casey and he was not only extremely rude and unprofessional but he was disrespectful and hung up on me. I recorded the call because of how rude and unprofessional he was speaking to me and when I asked him if the calls were recorded he sarcastically said yes. As I am in between moving into my new home all of my belongings are in storage and cannot easily be moved into a different storage with a different company. These people nickle & dime you to death. My credit card was compromised and until it was figured out I wasn't giving my CC# to them or anyone else. I expressed that to them and told them when solved I would pay & pay the back fees. I tried to today to pay, got no answer so I paid online. There I discovered a fee for $85 for a pre-foreclosure sale which I was NEVER told/warned about (I was one month & five days late/behind). I'm getting out of there as soon as possible. Way overpriced and horrible customer service. I have had a space with them for over 2 years and in that time the monthly fee has increase exponentially. I have been on auto pay since the beginning never being late. This month while I was out of town my credit card was compromised and canceled while a new one is sent out. When I called extra space storage to pay for the month with a new card they informed me of the 20% fee for being a few days late. Maybe a better name should be extra fee storage instead.
