Great customer service, clean facilities at the storage facility, and very honest about unforeseen situation and advise me to get rental insurance for floods and natural disasters. Very helpful and showing me how to use the gate access. Great services...

It would be much easier if there was not a step and a doorway threshold to get to my storage unit.
