I use Extra Space Storage, in Plainville Ma, for one month every year. We go in at the end of November into the beginning of December. JoAnne is always very polite, accommodating and professional and the units are always spotless. I will always go back to this facility, for all of those reasons. I highly recommend them, they are a five star in my book.

Walked in and JoAnn greeted me in a very pleasant and helpful manner. We talked about what I needed to store and how much space I much need. JoAnn showed me a space and I think it was a perfect size and near the door entrance. Jo Ann went over all the paperwork with me and all the regulations to get in and out.
