My experience with the Extra Space team (Donovan and Morris at the Indian School Rd location) has been nothing but pleasant! Donovan gave me all of my options so that I got the best deal that made the most sense to meet our needs. He was friendly and resourceful every time I called. Morris, who took over for Donovan, was just as helpful when I made an oversight in changing my storage needs. Both gentlemen were really invested in customer service and customer experience!

Honest review - this review is not paid it is actually facts, prejudiced management team. At this store they will rent to drug dealer, thieves and maybe even human traffickers. I wouldn't put it past them! From what I've observed over the last few weeks is ment coming into the storage throughout the night. They will cut the locks on others storage unit and take items then blame the homeless man for it. I felt secure (for my car and myself) while loading and unloading because it was inside the building and so convenient to the elevator. Morris the Manager was very professional and was always there during the day in case you needed help or supplies. The hours of operation were great especially early morning or later evening! Prices are reasonable for the amenities (good size choices, climate control and security cameras) which was what I looked for in a storage unit! Thank you Extra Storage on Indian School and 3rd Ave.

I needed a short-term storage unit while I was cleaning my house, and I couldn’t be more pleased with Extra Space Storage. It was a five-minute ride to my house; it was clean and safe. The personnel were friendly and helpful. And I saw them helping other people, too, so it was across-the-board; they treated everybody equally well, professionally, yet, as if you knew them forever.

Alex is a great manager, he was very helpful in his duties and is always willing to lend a hand if you need help with anything.
