Whether I had questions or needed assistance, he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently. What really stood out was his follow-up—he made sure I was taken care of and even helped improve my situation in a way I truly appreciated.

Extra Space Storage on 10th St W has been great in anything need. The staff has always been very friendly and accommodating. If I need to update payment or contact info they are on it! Contact info requires you to be in-person but it so fast it’s not even an issue.
Solid customer service! Kemisha and Jude were kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated how simple the process was to get started and how quickly I was able to gain access to my new unit.
Needed a unit when they had a 4 month prepay deal which worked out well. Been good so far, Kemisha is super friendly, great customer service. Answered any and all questions I’ve had.
