like many ppl, my storage units can at times feel like a stone tied to my neck. after leaving public storage in disgust after a less than pleasing experience I found these guys. I LOVE them. thoughtful, helpful, pros who don't breathe down your neck. I highly recommend. My location in the Bloomington area is just the best people. I can't say that a onbout any other company I do business with.
