From start to finish of the rental process the staff has been very helpful. I completed the process with Keysha. She was very knowledgeable, walked me through each step, proved me options, and gave me a helpful map. This was my first experience renting storage space and she made it an awesome one. Good customer service is very hard to find these days.

I was very impressed with my experience at Extra Space Storage. Whitney was very helpful and patient as she walked me through the faculty showing me the space I considered renting. I appreciate her guidance as I tried to figure out the best size and location for the things I need to store. The faculty is clean and each time I have arrived, it is well lit and well maintained. Thanks for a great experience Whitney, and I look forward to doing business with Extra Space Storage.

I reserved using the Online Tool that helped me save a significant amount of money upfront and used the Call Center. The workers there were so pleasant, intelligent, I almost rather continue chatting with them - they were very cool. When going to the actual location - Jennifer and Keysha were so helpful and patient with me while I decided on the actual unit I wanted. They carefully explained everything to me. When we needed 5 10x20 climate controlled units over 15 yrs ago, we contacted our closest storage place. We questioned them about exterminating, especially for rodents, & were told every month. We saw evidence of them within months, complained & put our own traps down. We also questioned how many times they were allowed to go up on rent, & were told not even every year. Instead every unit has gone up almost every 3 mos. When I complained today & were looking elsewhere, Mngr. said they had a lot of people wanting their spaces... read more
