Awesome customer service. Esther has plenty of knowledge of the company and was able to provide me with great service. This is my second time coming back to rent and I must say I would definitely recommend to others.The price of the unit was a reasonable. Overall my experience was great.

How convenient to have a FedEx and postal shipping locally. I don't use the storage but the office services are invaluable and the Lady that works the counter is flexible, gives information and is reliable. It's my go to spot for shipping, please have your items boxed and labeled ready to ship
I wouldn't give any stars to this storage place but it makes you choose at least one. Now that extra space manages this property, it has become more of a hassle to get to my storage unit. New changes make it feel like your in PRISON, NOT A CUSTOMER! They say they are there to protect your storage unit. Yet I've had issues getting to my unit and I pay to have access to it.
