Our previous storage unit at Public Storage was so bad that we went through the trouble of moving our entire 10 x 15 unit over the course of a couple days to Extra Space Storage. It was absolutely worth it. The manager Kim is outstanding. She followed up today to make sure that everything went well with our move-in. Their facility looks and even smells clean. Kim Machutt, store manager, was so nice to help me find exact location of unit and how to use the lock key properly. She assured me if I needed any help she would be available. I am so glad I choose Extra Space Storage. She was very pleasant which is a great change for this type of industry. I highly recommend this location especially.
Kim is the "WOW-man"! ;) Kim is the manager there and she is warm, inviting, funny, professional, and knows her stuff! She made sure we were comfortable with our storage spot and unit price. All in all, we had a great experience!
My parents are making the move back to Texas and Kim made it super easy for me to help coordinate while my parents are still out of state. She is very personable and helped walk me through everything. She even FaceTimed with my mom to make sure she knew what to expect as well! Would 100% recommend Extra Storage Space.
