I am looking for "large" permanent storage facility for my company. I looked at all the typical facilities around Highlands Ranch, Englewood, DTC, and so on. They were all the same. Basically, a barn with a door. Literally exposed to the extreme outdoor elements of Colorado, except for a thin aluminum overhead door. Then, I remembered seeing an office building, that had been converted to storage, at 8000 South Park Way, down the street from my dog's vet. This is a very well maintained facility. It is easily accessible and easy to get in and out of. Also has good security. I appreciated the fact that April the manager checked in from the moment I rented to the day I moved & answered all of my questions & concerns.

It is climate controlled, so my stuff won't be damaged by the heat. Plus, I was given a nice lock to use, which was one less thing to worry about while moving.

Very nice facility. Clean, friendly and convenient. Restroom available in storage area. And we are saving $200 per month over Public Storage for same sized unit!
