Unit had water leak from ceiling that ruined our items, facility won't take any accountability for it. UPDATE: I reached out to the number provided in their reply, only to be told and confirm there was nothing they were going to do. I politely asked for them to at minimum waive one month of storage ($75) considering they failed to provide adequate shelter for my items, to which the district director declined, so clearly they do not care absolutely whatsoever about customers.
Extra Space Storage is absolutely amazing. They have been taking care of me and all my belongings for over 3 years with great security and amazing customer service. Shout out to Austin! He always goes over and above to help me with any questions and provides many options and solutions. Thank you.
I chose Extra Storage Space on Joni Dr. which was the closest Storage facility to my house. I am sure glad I chose this space. It is the best operated company. The staff was very helpful and efficient as well as personable. The unit I rented was clean and the size was perfect. Would definitely rent there again. Susanmb
I have never had in my whole life of 39 years a better customer experience from Austin at the storage facility itself to Gary the Rep on the phone who handles the area (I assume). Not only are they professional and astute but they are caring about your needs and your pocketbook not just trying to get a sale. I sincerely feel as if they treated me better than they would their own family. If there was a higher rating i would surely give it.
