This storage facility over the last 6 months has really taken a dip in the customer experience. In my opinion the site manager should be fired. When asking how can I stop using the storage, she gave a vague answer and after I have moved out. Monies have been deducted from account. Watch out for this one.

I've lived all over the country and have had multiple storage units with no fuss or issues at all. Constantly changing codes to get out of the facility, yet, the gate to GET IN is constantly left open to the public enter at any time. I ask for the code to get out and they told me I should know it. I was accused of using the dumpster when I certainly didn't. Valerie was very confrontational and unhappy at her job, and was clearly a bad example for other employees working there that were trying to be hateful. I can pay... read more
