Joseph was great! He was extremely nice and very patient while explaining the paperwork to me. He was more than happy to answer any questions that I had. They have good prices in their units. The facility was well kept and clean. They seem to have everything you need. I would highly recommend to anyone needing a storage unit

Ok! So experience: Customer service is ON POINT! Joseph is amazing, always answers the phone, always helps me, super great attitude! Always looks for the best deal for me and helping me navigate exactly what I need. He’s so awesome. Units: units are nice! Temperature controlled, good size units. My ONLY complaints are elevator doors (they close very quickly, it’s fine, but it’s annoying) and the lights. When the elevator opens to the hallway with the units, it’s dark, and I have to step out into darkness where there’s ghos... read more

They were so helpful with getting me set up with a storage space! This was my first time getting a storage unit and they made it such a wonderful experience. Joesph at the Branch Crossing location was such a great help!
