Shannon AND Chris have been extremely patient and willing to assist with numerous issues over the months. Lightbulb out, Shannon replaced it asap! Need to change locks, Shannon gets it done! Lanternfly issues, Chris was on it! Highly recommended this location!

I needed a storage unit 2 weeks ago and I was overwhelmed by the amount of stuff I still needed to do for my move. Shannon helped me get my storage unit and recommended the perfect size (I was about to get one too small, that wouldve been horrible) she was kind and professional through the entire process and it helped tske alot off my shoulders. 10/10 will recommended Extra Space Storage to other people
