I dealt with Shannon and she was very professional and let me know about the rate raise. I would recommend this place over any other. I left prime storage in Dundalk and the 2 years I had my stuff there they never told me about price changing ( went up 6 times) and said well we sent a letter out. Well driving over the road I don’t get mail especially when I’m gone 3-6 months at a time.
