The staff here were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. I dealt with Ms Ashley and Ms Valerie. It’s not an ideal space inside with the Tetris- like aisles, though. Also, the prices are unusually high. We were in an out of state situation and have happily used Extra Space in multiple areas, but this one was unexpectedly high for the smallest space! 😖
Tim was very helpful, I had no issues getting a storage space. I received all the information I needed, definitely would recommend!
This was my first time at this location, Tim the store manager was extremely helpful and professional. He made sure I was aware of everything I needed know and made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. Spoke to a gentleman on the phone today at this location. Called because I got a text while I was out of country about payment. As I tried to explain the situation ti him he cut me off and explained how he wasn’t there that day. However in no way shape or form did I say he was and simply wanted to explain the situation that happened with his co worked so we can come up with a solution together SINCE HE WASNT THERE.
