BEWARE ******** My monthly rate was doubled right after moving in. Was quoted a significantly competitive rate to get me to move all of my stuff in and then doubled my monthly rate the very next month. Complete bait and switch. Hourly employees are like talking to a broken record. Buried on page 5 of the terms of agreement states they have the right to adjust rate I have no problem with this thinking it would have been a 10% increase at most but they increased my monthly rate by 100%!!!
