I interacted with 3 employees from Extra Space Storage in the last 2 days, Angela and Justin in Virginia, and Melissa in Reseda. All of them were helpful, polite, and provided excellent customer service. Now why the automatic phone system routed my Southern California call to Virginia is another matter, I am going to chalk that up to Mercury being retrograde at the moment. The actual humans were all wonderful!
Easily accessible location.. They have great prices for a variety of storage sizes. I was able to quickly set up an account and reserve a small 3'x4' storage locker online. Angela was very friendly and helped me locate the storage locker and explain how the facilities work. Highly recommend this place.
Angela was awesome! She was able to see me as soon as I walked in. I had a pick-up truck bed fully of items and it was about to start raining at any moment and Angela was able to quickly find me a unit and get me set up and was able to move in my items and literally finished right as the rain began. Things worked out great and I was very happy!
Extra space storage has several locations within a 2 mile radius from home, very convenient. I ad not rented storage before and the orientation provided by Virginia was extremely helpful. Some customers are inconsiderate and block both paths while loading please educate them.
Angela has been so incredibly helpful every time I have contacted extra space storage. She helped me arrange for a storage unit for myself, and find and arrange an additional unit based on our changing needs and house hold goods delivery dates. She is exceptionally knowledgeable, incredibly nice to work with, and very punctual with her communications. I will continue to use extra space storage in Herndon specifically because of their great prices, and Angela's customer service, for as long as I have storage needs.
