I was notified about a fraudulent charge on my cc and I was so worried that the card would run before I could get it changed due to holiday .. Jason was the best calmed me down and told me everything would be okay he could change it to another card and payment would be on time.. Needed some space to free up a room in our house. Rented a 5’X15’ unit for a year then moved up to a 10’X10’ unit. All easy with the app and Will at our Gulf Breeze location was helpful with what we couldn’t do on the app. Very happy with our experience at Extra Space Storage!

Will, the Manager, is absolutely fantastic! From the service over the phone, to the walk around the facility when we arrived, to the setup of the account, everything was seamless. Great facility and very secure. Highly recommend - be sure to ask for Will! The best customer service I have ever had across all industries!
Extra Space storage has the best staff. Paul and Will are super friendly and very eager to assist you. The facility is kept very clean and these guys pay great attention to detail.
I was very impressed with how clean the facility was during my tour. Paul did an excellent job explaining all the available options. We will definitely be back when we complete our move to the area!
Moving furniture in this coming Friday. So can say more after that. But so far the check in was very easy. The manager called me the next day to make sure I was satisfied. So far, so good.
