Do not recommend under any circumstances. They will double triple quadruple your monthly rent in a short amount of time. Extra Space Storage is a large impersonal & cutthroat national self-storage company that has little to no regard for their tenants as long as they get there monthly rent. how many extra space staff members does it take to open a facility office? I don't know, because it's almost 10am & no one is in the building! yesterday I came at 4pm and the office had a "be back soon" sign on the window. This facility has really gone down the toilet with the new management. Last month I called to pay a bill over the phone & they couldn't take my payment because the guy on the line "didn't know how to take a payment over the phone". 1 word - INCOMPETENCE!!!!!!!
