Went above and beyond
The location is very convenient, clean and very well maintained. The manager Jim was very helpful and explained everything in detail. The storage unit I rented was spotless and very easy to pull my vehicle into. I’m very satisfied with my storage unit.
The remote CS Rep was knowledgeable, kind, and helpful....as was the in store Rep. The facility was neat, clean, and easily accessible. Close to home and a good price
Great customer service makes this an easy decision. Even with COVID protocols their service was excellent!
