I reserved and paid for storage online at your website. The process was smooth and simple. The following day. I went to the facility (zip 33772) where I was greeted by the facility manager and given my storage unit lock with keys. The facility manager was helpful, courteous and professional. He described the facility layout and personally escorted me to my storage unit and showed me how to open, close and lock the door to my unit.
