I didn't think I would ever find myself enjoying going to a storage unit. I was wrong. The people at Extra Space on 2150 E and 33rd South go out of their way to make sure people have a good experience. The units, roads, and shop are all very clean. Office hours are great, hours for accessing belongings cover all the bases, they do two rounds a day to over 600 units to ensure all locks are properly locked. I received a call one morning telling me that I had forgotten to fully lock my unit. I highly recommend the facility... read more
Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful. He went the extra mile to help me with a lock. He was also very professional with his behavior.
Christian is the one who helped us and he was very helpful. He let us see the unit to make sure it what we wanted and was very friendly and personable. The other guys who worked with us were also just as great
Josh initially helped me with my needs, exceptional customer service! The day I came in to move in some stuff I also met Allanah, they both were very helpful, kind and amazing to work with!
The employees is super helpful and nice, they will answer all the questions you have. I would definitely recommend this place!
