We were excellent customers of Extra Space Storage at 2150 East 3300 South, Millcreek, Utah for over four years. Our starting rate was $286.50/month. When we left it was $411.00/month, with another rate increase just around the corner! We asked them for a half month’s refund for a problem THEY caused, and they said no way unless we signed a Settlement & Release Agreement promising that we would not post bad reviews about them!
