The employees were very friendly and helpful. The facility is one of the cleanest I have used.

Positives: Clean, climate controlled, secure, friendly staff, low prices. Negatives: a little busy, want you to pay insurance when it should be on the to insure the safety of my things within their facility.

I reserved a 5x5 on January 18th and was told online that the unit would be $23 a month as part of a flash sale. I went to the Murray, Utah location that afternoon and was shown that the unit would be on the ground floor. However, I had left my id at home, and needed to return the next day. When I spoke to the manager Justin the next day, I was informed that the employee that had helped me the day before had neglected to "lock in the price and unit as promised" and as a result I would be given a unit on the third floor. Raised my monthly payment every other month until I couldnt afford it. Not willing to work with me at all. I moved out before the end of the month and they still charged my card the the next month.
