Overall my experience with the customer service was good when I rented the unit, however I was paying for a climate control unit but each time I visited in the month I had my things stored there the air was not as other places I have stored my things at. With me having several pieces of leather I worried with how stale the air was that my items would be damaged. others were also complaining about how warm it was as you don't feel the difference when walking in the doors that you entered a climate controlled area.
