I was specific working with Michelle who worked at the front desk. I love that she was very nice, professional and easy to contract and get my questions answered if I had any at all! This place was nice and clean and I had some valuable stuff in storage here for quite sometime and everything stayed clean. That tells you that they take care of the cleanliness of this storage building.

I could not be any happier with my experience here! The prices are extremely competitive, the buildings and units are squeaky clean, the location is very secure, and the customer service comes second to none. Michelle went above and beyond to make sure I was more than satisfied with my unit here and I want to give a special shout out to her for being so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating!

This was my first experience renting a storage unit for my company, and Michelle made it so easy. Everything was handled efficiently. She explained the code entry and how to easily get to my unit. She even took me to my units and showed me how to use the locks. I loved her friendly attitude. She definitely made my experience an enjoyable one.

Excellent customer service and courtesy - they go above and beyond to help customers and meet their needs. Storage units are clean, well maintained, and secure. Michelle and her team are outstanding - highly recommend!!

The spaces are laid out intelligently. The place is immaculate. But it’s all about the staff. My experience with the clerk Michelle was stellar. She’s thoughtful, fair and willing to work with me regarding my rent. 2 years in I wouldn’t store anywhere else. Thanks Michelle!
