When I was a victim of Domestic Violence my Mom rented a large 10 x 15 Storage Unit for me in May 2020. I paid the Bill. I eventually was able to move into an apartment and took a smaller unit, helped by Giovanni at Extra Space Storage on Devon and McCormick. Rent was $80.35 Paid with Auto Pay Up to May 2022. In June and July my Auto Pay removed from my Bank went up to $149.70! When I called to inquire what was going on I was told my Mom was sent a Postcard explaining this almost 100% Rate Hike!
