These guys are absolutely awesome. Their customer service is excellent. The facility is impeccably clean they call back when they say they're going to call back, they help in anyway they can. Today Zack C. helped us with an issue and as usual we got the best customer service! The guys in charge of running this place are great! Do yourself a favorite and leave your belongings in Extra Space Storage!

My experience with Extra Space Storage was absolutely fantastic! I give them 5 stars without hesitation. The Location is very convenient for me! The Facility is very clean and the security is top notch! The staff is very professional, and responsive! I really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff! The Rental Process was very easy and smooth!

This place excels in customer service and warm greetings. Gabriel and the woman working when I arrived were very pleasant, quick, and efficient in assisting me with a unit. Moving items into and out of storage can be exhausting, but encountering customer service like that offered here makes the process so much nicer. I was helping my friend move when she decided to get a storage unit for some of her larger furniture. Neither of us had ever had to rent a storage space, so we weren't sure how to go about it. The staff was extremely helpful and patient with us throughout the whole interaction which we deeply appreciated. They helped us find the exact size of storage unit we needed and gave us a decent price. After a long day of packing, their kind, professional attitude made a stressful day a little bit easier.

The members of this establishment have gone beyond being competent and helpful. I was laboring under stress with a family members illness, and from the minute I initiated the contract for the unit, to when I had difficulties dealing with my storage chores, they were empathetic, and patient. The unit is very clean/well lit, and I feel very safe utilizing the unit.
