This place is so awesome! I feel like I’m in ad commercial every time I come in. The two African American women in the front are exceptionally helpful. I enjoy the cleanliness and access to the push carts that are always available at the loading dock.
Shady management & pricing strategy. After two months honeymoon with this place as cheap and convenient, the storage price got jacked up 100% to $142 from $71 as a 10x10 unit. Don’t know if it’s just common for everyone, or because I didn’t access this place for two whole months making them believe I’m not able to move everything out of the way no matter what. I moved all possessions in for a week between apartment leases. The storage unit was very clean and I felt safe there. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was a bit tricky having a unit in the middle of the building, but they have carts available and also a drive-in garage for loading (just fits cats and small trucks.)
I have rented from the ExtraSpace Storage facility twice now and have always been more than pleased with the experience. The facility is extremely clean, well lit with automatic lighting, secure entrances and elevators, and security cameras. There are always carts available for use. The staff has always been super friendly and efficient. I would not store my belongings anywhere else.
I absolutely love the office staff! They're always friendly and helpful. The storage facility is probably the cleanest and maintained of any I have been.
