This was my first experience renting a self-storage unit. I explored few storage companies. The rates at Extra Space storage were the lowest and facility was super clean. The customer service from Eric and Melissa at Davis Blvd., Naples sealed the deal. One of the best customer experience I ever had. Extra Space Storage was easy to rent from. It was very clean & convenient. The staff was knowledgeable and professional. The instructions were clear and easy to follow for accessing the faculty, my unit, and installing the lock. I would definitely recommend them.
Extra clean facility, easy access and very comfortable climate control. The Agent on duty was very helpful and easily explained the process in and out and answered my questions with ease. Highly recommend this facility!

Outstanding service at the front desk, when I dropped by to ask questions and look around. Melissa was thorough in explaining cost, availability, etc. She took time out to show me the various space sizes, location of entrances and gate procedures. I noticed the cleanliness of the units and nice lighting, contributing to my decision to use this company. The pricing is very fair also.
The building is well layed out and designed. A lot of attention to detail was considered in planning the property. I would highly recommend this storage facility to new clients !
