Very friendly staff that you can talk to on the phone. The facility is clean and easy to access. I do think the cost of storage is a little high.

Received exceptional customer service at the Davis Blvd location in Naples, FL. Everything was clearly explained to me. I was even taken to my unit so I knew where it was and was shown how to lock/unlock unit. The building itself was extremely clean, no litter or garbage on the floors. The available trolleys were great. Made things easier and were easy to maneuver. I would highly recommend Extra Space Storage to anyone.
