We recently purchased a new motorhome and needed a safe location that was close to home. We stopped in the Gold Canyon Extra Space Storage facility and met with Michael Holcomb. Micheal showed us two spaces that were available. After completing a bit of registration paperwork, we had our new RV safely situated in a beautiful, clean and safe facility. I talked to Peter today at Gold canyon, he's amazing and helped us so much, he got us the biggest unit for the best AND most affordable price, contacted us quickly, extremely professional and caring, he ACTUALLY understands the true meaning of outstanding customer service skills and empathy.
Always an amazing experience. Peter and all the stuff are great to work with. The place is always extremely clean and well maintsined.
I was booking a unit online. I stopped because I started remembering being charged a bunch of extra fees and wanted to look around for a good deal so I couldn't find a better deal and the young lady named Jessica called me and helped me realize that it was the best way to go they gave me a great deal and she was very kind and helpful.
