The lady that rented to us was so helpful and nice. I knew right away that she really cared about our situation. Gave us the best unit for what we had going on the price was great . She made everything work for us and if it changed she would accommodate us it was such a pleasure thank you .
Christi C at McLeod Rd location was absolutely fantastic!!! She was Informative, Took the time to explain all aspects and even show me the unit (even after I was skeptical it would contain all my things) and offer all the info you need as someone brand new to storage! Price was perfect as well for a small budget like mine!! After a long search this was PERFECT!
Kristy was amazing!!! She helped me get the rest of my stuff out. The people there are chill and they work with you as long as you communicate with them. I'll definitely go back if I ever need a storage unit again.

My experience with Christi at the McLeod location was excellent. I had an issue with my account and she went above and beyond to correct it. She was very kind and comforted me when I walked in distraught and grumpy. I walked out with a smile knowing that she was there to understand and help me.
