Eva and Sarah were great! I was dealing with a chaotic move and they got me a great price on a storage unit same day, the whole process was streamlined. Very communicative, great customer service, and great value in terms of amount of space for the cost. If I could give 6/5 I would, highly recommend 🙂
Do not use this Extra Space Storage!!! They will raise your rate every 3 to 6 months! Within a year I had 2 rate increases!!! Started at $106 3-21-23 and on 6-21-23 they charged me $141! I had to call and complain that how can you do a rate increase within three months at almost 50% increase!!! the lady on the phone was “nice enough” to drop it down to $127 a month smh… fast forward to today (4-21-24) And they just charged me $147! Wow! These ladies were super polite on the phone and equally as friendly when greeting me for the first time. I can see doing business here for a long time! 🙏
The girl always here is very nice, facility is clean but unfortunately the security is non existent. Our unit was broken into. There are no cameras inside only one at the entrance. We had $5000 loss because of someone coming in and out at 3 am. While we were handling the situation we met two other families that recently had the same experience. Great to store stuff but keep your valuables at home.
My storage unit was broken into along with many more units. More than half my stuff was gone. Also this place does a switch and bait tactic. They lure you in on a 169$ per monthly for a large unit and you'll end up paying closer to 380$ monthly if you stay over a year. You'd think they would have a better security system in play at these prices. I'd never use this facility again. If you have your belongings at this location I'd check on your stuff. I'm going to hire a pi to look into all this. Worst experience ever
