I found extra space storage online. I called a representative to get the details for storing my property. They were extremely helpful, respectful and put my mind at ease since I was unable to be there when my property arrived at there facility. Everything went very smoothly with my property getting moved into the rental unit. I received a text from the representative that everything was moved into my unit safety and it was secured with a lock on the door. I have used other company's in the past that i was not happy with the service, cleanliness. i have rented with Extra space several times, several location in 2 different states. their quality is way above the others while still offering competitive pricing.
Excellent experience
Mark was filling in at the International Dr location in Myrtle Beach one day when I needed to add a unit and he was super friendly and very helpful. He made sure to go above and beyond to get us a unit near our other two units. Also the other lady at the site is aways so nice and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need and all is okay. I would highly recommend is facility. The place is always clean and we have had an overall wonderful experience.
