I cannot express how helpful and courteous Antoinette is. I had a death in my family and I was left with 3 huge storage spaces to clean out and sort through. She was so patient and understanding. She also helped with a rate adjustment which was really needed. Thank you for doing such a good job !

From the time I made the reservation on-line Ationette was a gem. Once I arrived, the customer service guve by both Antoinette and Gaston was 5-star. The best decision i ever made with this move, because I lost the key during the 1st run to bring my furniture, and they jumped on it, and made sure I didn't make a blank trip.
