The customer service was excellent! Winsy took care of my needs by answering all of my questions and showing me different options. He was extremely patient and would highly recommend this location for your storage needs.
I give Extra Storage a 10 for being helpful and their great promotions.
Cool place, there really isn't an upgrade. You have to up up upgrade, so this place was the rite choice for me.

This place is not In a good neighborhood and I was really nervous especially since the front office is on the second floor and not easy to access (if you don’t know where you are going) the staff is here is soooooo nice. I was about to turn around and go Elsewhere because the location was a little sketch but once I spoke to the staff I was so happy to stay. I would recommend this place 100 times, thank you guys!
