This location was hit by a group of people the weekend of new years eve. This location never called its affected customers whose units were broken into. The only way I know is because my unit was broken into and I walked into the aftermath of it. 1 item was stolen. The security gate here is always up .
The staff (Mark and Rob) are awesome and very patience. The facility is very clean and the price is reasonable too. Thanks
It stores.....but not rather well. I came here Sunday the 31 st and found my locker and probaly 30 others in this manner. Some were left wide open. With peoples belomgings in there. Currently trying to assess what is missingbfrom my unit bit it doesnt look good, last thing I expected this morning. Future renters beware. 4/1/24 Management here was terrible after my locker was broken into. Basically tried to brush the whole situation under the rug and denying anybodies belongings were affected. New renter new to storage in general Mark is super friendly and answered all of my many detailed questions. Donna helped get me settled in comfortably. Amazing staff I feel welcomed and excited to rent here.
My daughter and I had a very positive experience with this business (Mark was great!!!). Very helpful, professional, and detailed in explaining the terms of service. Highly recommend!
