Adam was awesome. He showed me to the unit after I completed the paperwork. Storage facility is clean and secure.
I needed to find multiple units in the same location related to an out of state move. I was able to do this initially online with no risk/liability. Follow up phone call the next day to insure that my needs were understood was great. The entire facility is very clean and appears to be well managed. My move is not yet complete but I am very satisfied with my experience so far.
I would definitely recommend Extra Space as they have always been accommodating and been fast with with their responses to my questions.

The employees were absolutely amazing at Extra Space! They were willing to help me through the whole move-in process and were extremely up front about all the fees that I was required to pay. Even when I had a problem with the lock I bought, they were willing to comp me a new one if we couldn't get the situation settled. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would recommend them to anyone who needs self-storage.
