I needed a storage space immediately. I found Extra Space online, and the special was the best price I could find--they beat everyone else. I reserved the space online, then went to the facility to finalize everything. There were two people in the front office, and both were very courteous, professional, and helpful. Alex is an amazing facility manager. I travel frequently and have used storage units many times over the years, in several states. I can honestly say I've had an exceptional experience of Extra Space Storage at THIS location. Wonderful customer service, both in person and by phone. And the facility itself is easy access, great location from downtown ATX, easy to park, feels safe to visit at night after-hours, and well-maintained. Also, affordable and no sketchy, hidden fees. Highly recommend.
Lloyd was SO AMAZING! He was so professional, informative, kind and helpful through my process! He was so patient and excelled customer service with my onboarding and choosing the right size unit for what I had and was transparent with pricing. I’d highly recommend working with him for any unit needs or inquiry! Looking forward to working with him in the future as well!
tl;dr – I wanted to downsize to a smaller cheaper storage room within this facility. Extra Space Storage was very helpful about it and bent over backwards to make it easy for me to do so. Longer story: My family is slowly getting rid of junk and after almost three years the large room we have was less than half full. I talked to Lloyd on a Tuesday about it. I’ve been with Extra Space storage for over 3 years now at the same location and love the convenience and proximity to my home. Special shout out to Alex and supervisor Lloyd for always taking care of me and being available to answer any questions I had! I’ll be renting there for a long time!
