From the moment I stepped in the front office, I felt comfortable, valued and listened to. The gentleman was very friendly, welcoming and ready to listen to what I was looking for. He asked, questions to figure out what size storage unit was needed. We figured out what size would work, filled out and signed paper work, then he walked with us to see where the unit was, asked if we needed a lock and made sure it looked good. I like how clean and easily accessible. I like the hours of being able to access my storage unit. And accessing the security gate is very easy to use.
