Out of all of the years I have been renting with Extra Space Storage - the last year or so with Josh and his staff has been the best. The facility is always clean and if I ever need help with anything regarding my account this team is quick to respond in making any accommodations they can. I can go about my day to day, stress-free, knowing that my belongings are secure. 10/10 renting experience!
Excellent service Everything went smooth from initial call to check-in. Josh was very professional and answered all of my questions. Definitely would recommend. The only issue I did have was when leaving and making a left the business sign sits out to where it’s hard to see cars coming even when inching out. Speed limit is 25 but a couple cars were driving faster started making me nervous. Definitely didn’t put my car in storage to have someone hit me when I was leaving. Other then that everything was A+
I’ve rented from this facility in the past and it was great so I’m in need of a rental again and I’ll go nowhere else. Process went very smoothly and the Manager and Assisted Manager were great to work with. Highly recommend this place if you are in need of a rental.
Highly recommend renting from here. The entire place is very clean and well maintained. The staff was really nice and helpful. The gentleman helping us was new but knowledgeable and the manager was really kind in helping him get us through the process. They weren't pushy and we got a good deal.
