Very pleased with my experience so far. The facility is clean and well maintained. The reservation process went smoothly and Randy (at Ahwatukee) was very helpful and customer service oriented. I decided to upgrade to a larger size unit and he made that easy. I am satisfied with the security as well and feel my belongings are safe.
