The cleanest storage facility I’ve ever stepped foot in, the manager Leigh Ann was so personable, and a wealth of information without overwhelming you with too much information if that makes sense. And there is nothing scarier then having to use a public restroom and hoping and praying you don’t have to hold your breath and be an acrobat to use the facilities. Great and friendly customer service in a clean modern conveniently-located facility! The very personable store manager Leigh-Ann asked me pertinent questions about my storage needs, helped me select from the available options at a very attractive price, and had my account set up and keys in my hand in just a few minutes.

I just bought a storage space at ExtraSpace the Champion Ring Rd. and I was very impressed with how clean and well kept the facility space is. Kay helped me decide on a storage unit size and gave me a tour, she was so wonderful in helping me purchase what best worked for me. She had a lovely professional demeanor and such a joyful personality. I’m grateful that this is who I’ll be dealing with when I come in for service.
