The facility is clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Location is convenient, right off Grand Ave on one side and Broad Ave ( Rt. 9) on the other. I had my items here for a year, but the prices kept increasing every 3 months. While I get it has to go up after your promotional discount period, the large increases after that were ridiculous. My monthly storage went from $80 to $180 in a year! That's insane for a small unit. Would recommend otherwise, just don't plan on keeping things there longer than 6-9 months unles... read more
Read the fine print! My unit price doubled after 3 months. When signing up online that was not highlighted at all. Looking back recently i found very vague VERY fine print that basically says its gonna go up when ever your promotional rate ends with no explanation of when that actually is or how much. Very sneaky and very shady. The facility is nice, just dont like the bait and switch pricing smh Do better extra space, do better....
The space is super clean, the rental process was clear. Luis who works there at the office is one of the nicest people i've ever met. No hidden fees, and transparent about everything.
