I recently spoke with Bria/Taylor as my rent increase almost doubled last month during this most recent billing cycle ($60/month to $105/month). I thought this was an error so I called to resolve it and was told that since the company is "coming out of COVID" these are the rates I should expect moving forward. I had a great experience renting a storage I was shown the unit prior to moving in and I got great customer service through out my move in from start to finish. I wanted to pay up in advance for a few months Bria made it easy for me to do so she was great. Customer service was un matched.

Bria was super nice, patient, professional and helpful, providing great customer service. The storage building is clean, safe and well kept. My belongings are easy to access and I feel a comfort level with them being at Extra Space.
