All went well. Britt, the manager, is awesome, very on top of things and responsive.
Great location and easy and convenient to use. The staff are friendly and helpful. The facility is clean and well lit, with great security features that ensure only others located on your units floor can access that floor.
Overall excellent customer service and rental experience. Stefanie was fantastic! We will definitely use Extra Space Storage in the future and recommend to others!

Customer service was excellent n the representative took the time out to explain terms n conditions of contract , also made sure I understand them n how to access the storage facility n my unit. Also the storage facility is very clean n well maintained!
