From the initial online reservation to the official move-in, the process was extremely easy. Customer service was very helpful. They were able to look at a list of my belongings and suggest a different size unit; they were correct and it was the perfect fit. A size smaller would have been way too small but a size bigger would have been too big and money would have been wasted. The facilities are very well-maintained, clean, and secure. It's easy and nice to visit if I need anything.

Storage is clean. Customer service is great! Prices are reasonable. I don't feel ripped off for the size of unit needed. I just wish they had more flat beds or dollies for loading and transferring belongings.
