Heard through some friends and coworkers that there is a guy named Timothy that works here. 4 foot tall or so, reeks of diarrhea, and drives a car with no insurance. I also heard he was once tall but has since got emergency shortening surgery so he could be at eye level with children. He loves children so, so much!
Few months back I wrote a review about how the prices went up and the quality went down. Stuck on an elevator with my wife and kid. Writing again to confirm that same thing. Elevator complete stopped working, six months on off now, sliding doors broke, mold protection removed from the insurance so pray your neighbor doesn't bring in something bad. Price is almost 2 times the price I started with near a year ago, if not more. Things keep breaking. Did I get extra square feet in a concrete and metal room? More lights? More ... read more
Audrey was very understanding, helpful when I had concerns about the adjusting price rates. She had found a resolution for my concern within 10 minutes of me mentioning it! The facility itself is very clean and has plenty of dollies to help move items. There are elevators to access the higher floors and thankfully other than the 1 time when they were preemptively turned off due to hurricane weather, they have been working.
Clean and climate controlled Units in a very safe environment, that is incredibly convenient. I feel safe leaving absolutely anything here. Never have to worry about a thing. Couldn't be more convenient location. Right on the corner of Bowden Road and Phillips highway. And just around the corner from 95 North, 95 South and University Boulevard W.
Timothy went above and beyond with the questions and the issues that I had!! It's a huge help, and I truly appreciate it!! Definitely five stars for this guy!! 🙂🙂
